The Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR                           
HOUSE BILL NO. 313 An Act making appropriations for the                        
operating and capital expenses of the states integrated comprehensive          
mental health program; and providing for an effective date was                 
received and distributed April 28 (page 3572).                                 
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved that the Senate adopt the Conference                      
Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL

313 An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital

program; and providing for an effective date? The roll was taken
